We are seeking a results-driven professional to oversee daily operations, lead team performance, and support strategic business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop employee shift plans and delegate tasks to team members.
- Inventory stock and reorder when inventories drop to specified levels.
- Generate reports on sales performance and stock levels for leadership and financial teams.
- Coordinate sales promotions.
- Recruit, onboard, and assess staff performance.
- Collaborate with executives to design strategies for revenue growth, market expansion, and brand promotion.
- Supervise sales team activities to verify achievement of targets.
- Attend company meetings to exchange product information and coordinate work activities with other departments.
- Listen to and resolve customer complaints regarding services, products, or personnel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
