Customer Service Supervisor

We are seeking a results-driven professional to oversee daily operations, lead team performance, and support strategic business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop employee shift plans and delegate tasks to team members.
  • Inventory stock and reorder when inventories drop to specified levels.
  • Generate reports on sales performance and stock levels for leadership and financial teams.
  • Coordinate sales promotions.
  • Recruit, onboard, and assess staff performance.
  • Collaborate with executives to design strategies for revenue growth, market expansion, and brand promotion.
  • Supervise sales team activities to verify achievement of targets.
  • Attend company meetings to exchange product information and coordinate work activities with other departments.
  • Listen to and resolve customer complaints regarding services, products, or personnel.   

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Compensation

  • Annual salary: $92,373
